Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 large oranges, peeled and cut in chunks
3/4 c. sugar
2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
fresh fruit as desired: apples, bananas, pears, grapes, whatever is in season
Preparation

Combine pineapple (with juice) and oranges.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
The following day, drain well, reserving liquid.
Cook liquid with sugar and cornstarch, over low heat, until thickened.
Cool.
Blend the thickened liquid with oranges and pineapple.
