Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream brown sugar, Crisco and egg.
    Mix flour, salt and soda. Add milk; mix well.
    Add rhubarb.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
