Grandpa Sweet'S Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dandelions, stems removed
    4 qt. water
    2 1/2 lb. sugar
    1 sliced lemon
    1 c. raisins
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 8-quart or larger kettle.
    Bring to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Stir in one package of dry yeast.
    Let stand in pot for 3 days.
    Skim off dandelions and rinds.
    Bottle* and keep in dry place.
