Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together.
Pour over vanilla wafers in tin foil cupcake holders on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 14 minutes or 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
When cool fill with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Makes about 2 dozen.
