Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 to 3 onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. sugar
2 lb. bottle tomato catsup
Preparation
-
Cook tomatoes 2 hours.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook 1 hour.
Stir often.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
