Self Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-layer) chocolate cake
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions.
    Fill paper baking cups 2/3 full.
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar together. Beat in egg and salt.
    Sit in chocolate chips.
    Drop 1 rounded teaspoon cheese mixture into each cupcake.
    Bake as package directs.
