Lemon-Zesty Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. Minute Maid 100% pure lemon juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    6 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Wash spinach thoroughly.
    Drain and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Combine spinach in a large bowl.
    Cover tightly and chill.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in an electric blender and blend well; store in refrigerator.
    At serving time, pour dressing over vegetables.
    Add sliced mushrooms and sprinkle bacon on top. Toss lightly.
