Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Mrs. Deli hash browns
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Melt 1/2 cup margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add 1/2 hash browns.
Mix soup, sour cream and onion in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 over hash browns.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top. Cover with rest of hash browns.
Pour rest of soup mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover with corn flakes and 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
