Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in small bowl; set aside.
Place egg white and water in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy but not stiff.
Pour pecans into egg white mixture; stir until coated. Add sugar mixture; stir until coated.
Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely.
