Royce'S Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1/2 onion, cubed (small)
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli (using even the stems) and onion.
    Mix together with cheese; set aside.
    Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar until creamy. Mix through salad.
    (May seem dry.)
    Top with bacon bits and chill one hour.
    (This will turn out creamy.)
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
