Raspberry-Nut Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. flour
    powdered sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. raspberry preserves
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
    3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Cream butter and cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer.
    Add flour, beating well.
    Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
    Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill.
    Work with 1 portion of dough at a time; keep remaining dough chilled.
