Mixed Vegetables Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 slices bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables.
    Drain.
    Melt butter.\tBlend in flour. Do not brown.
    Add milk and cook
    over
    low flame until thickened, stirring constantly. Add
    seasonings and cheeses.
    Place vegetables\tin
    casserole and cover
    with
    sauce.
    Toss
    bread cubes in melted butter and top
    casserole.\tBake at 425\u00b0 until cubes are lightly browned.
