Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 Idaho potatoes (peel if desired)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick margarine
3/8 tsp. pepper
paprika (for color)
Preparation

Quarter potatoes.
Melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix all dry ingredients in a big Ziploc bag.
Shake potatoes in bag and place in pan of melted margarine.
Pour remaining dry ingredients from Ziploc over potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
Do not turn potatoes while cooking.
