Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (3/4 to 1 lb.) pork tenderloins
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
    1/2 c. vermouth
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter and saute pork until lightly brown on all sides (about 5 to 6 minutes).
    Place in baking pan. In a small saucepan, combine jelly, vermouth and mustard.
    Cook over medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Pour 3/4 of mixture over pork.
    (I save a little for serving purposes.)
    Bake in
    preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Baste every 15 minutes.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices and spoon sauce over meat.
