Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
3 c. milk
Preparation

Cook in double boiler until thick.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue made from the 3 egg whites.
Bake to brown at 375\u00b0.
