Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers into crumbs.
    Mix with oleo.
    Make a crust in 9 x 13-inch pan (save a few crumbs for later).
    In mixing bowl combine puddings and milk; blend well, then add ice cream.
    Should be soft, but not soupy.
    Blend well with pudding, then pour over crust.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and refrigerate.
