Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    sweet potatoes (about 6)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in boiler.
    Add margarine and pineapple.
    Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Cook sweet potatoes (about 6), sliced lengthwise. Pour cooked mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in a casserole dish.
