My Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can Italian tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste (rinse paste cans each 2 times with water)
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. lasagne, cooked and drained
    3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan.
    Brown onion and garlic in the oil.
    Add the hamburger and the salt and pepper; brown and add to sauce.
    Simmer 2 1/2 hours.
    Layer in long pan: 1/3 sauce, 1/2 lasagne, 1/2 Ricotta, 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/3 Parmesan.
    Repeat with sauce and Parmesan on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let set 15 minutes.
