Barbecued Wieners And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can sauerkraut
    6 frankfurters
Preparation
    Make the barbecue sauce by cooking the diced onion in oil until lightly browned.
    Add ketchup, water, brown sugar and dry mustard; simmer 15 minutes.
    Drain sauerkraut and spread out in a shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top this with the frankfurters and spoon the barbecue sauce over them.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
