Golden Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. turmeric (gives that golden color; optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or olive oil
Preparation
    Trim off all the fat from the chicken and cut into large chunks.
    Mix dry ingredients and coat the chicken.
    Put in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
    Put the 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and heat.
    Saute the chicken and serve.
