Hawaiian Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    3 egg whites
    1 pkg. lite yellow cake mix
    2 c. skim milk
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1 (15 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping
    1/4 c. shredded coconut, toasted
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at low speed for 30 seconds.
    Increase to medium speed and beat 2 minutes.
    Pour batter into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
    Let cool on a wire rack.
