One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    4 to 4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; sprinkle top with pinch of sugar.
    Put milk, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan; heat until lukewarm.
    Add to yeast and flour; mix well.
    Cover and put in warm place 15 minutes or longer.
    Turn dough onto floured board and pat dough until 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter; brush with melted butter and let rise.
    Bake 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 hot oven.
