Bonnie'S Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggplants
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 hot peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cornbread crumbs
    1/3 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel and chop eggplant, place in boiler and cover with water. Cook until tender.
    Combine all ingredients, mash well, put in oiled casserole dish.
    Cover with sweet milk and cook approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This dish freezes well.
