Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. medium noodles
3 lb. ground meat
4 cans tomato sauce
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small sour cream (1/2 pt.)
1 bunch green onions
Preparation

Brown meat, salt and pepper.
Mix in bowl all cheeses and sour cream.
Boil noodles.
Put in baking dish:
layer of noodles, then all of cheese mixture.
Sprinkle green onions over all, then meat mixture on top (tomato sauce has been simmering with meat while preparing other ingredients).
Chill for 2 hours before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Serves 12.
