Chicken Breast Melanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned breast
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts.
    Beat egg with 1 teaspoon water.
    Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    In skillet, cook chicken in hot oil until brown, 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan and drain.
    Add wine and lemon juice to skillet.
    Stir over medium heat until slightly reduced (1 minute), return chicken to pan, heat for approximately 1 minute.
    Serve with parsley.
