Pat'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except last two in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
