Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add mashed bananas, eggs, buttermilk and sifted dry ingredients.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until loaf tests done.
Yield:
1 loaf.
