Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    ground nutmeg to taste
    prepared pie crust
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt together in a medium mixing bowl. Add boiling water and butter. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 until set (around 30 minutes).
