Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pop the corn and set aside.
Mix all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, mixing well.
Pour over popped corn, coating well.
Put in shallow pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
