Stone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
3 c. beef stock
2 large cans tomatoes
pinch of sugar
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced green beans
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook onion in butter until golden and tender.
Add ground beef and garlic clove and cook until meat is brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
