Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes (medium)
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. chives, chopped
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in
    boiling,
    salted
    water until tender. Mash potatoes in large bowl
    of electric mixer.\tAdd 1 package cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and crushed garlic clove; beat until
    smooth
    and
    light.
    Gently
    stir in chopped chives.
    Spoon into
    lightly
    buttered baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
    Dot\twith butter or margarine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until slightly golden in color.
