Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together flour and sugar.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Fill shell with apple halves, cut side down.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Fill pie shell with milk and bake at 410\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 until apples are soft and brown.
