Oat Bran Muffins(Good For Those Watching Cholesterol Levels) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oat bran
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    shredded zucchini (optional)
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    2 large tart apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
Preparation
    Chop
    apples
    and
    nuts.
    Mix dry ingredients with raisins, apples,
    carrots
    and nuts.
    Stir in moist ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes 16 muffins.
