Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice mix
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook box of rice according to directions and set aside.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Add the rest of the ingredients including the rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 2-quart casserole dish. Serves 6 to 8.
