Carrot Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; set aside.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beating after each addition.
Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing well.
Blend in grated carrots, undrained pineapple, chopped nuts and raisins.
Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done by test.
Cool and frost.
