California Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
15 Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp.) margarine, softened
Preparation

Put vegetables into casserole dish.
Add shredded cheese. Combine crushed crackers with margarine and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
