Cranberry Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. fresh cranberries (whole)
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Butter a 9-inch pie pan.
Cover the bottom with cranberries. Sprinkle nuts and brown sugar. Beat egg in small mixing bowl. Add flour and sugar. Pour in melted butter.
Mix well and pour over top of cranberries.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream.
