Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (18 oz.) frozen peas, thawed, not cooked, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1/4 c. salad dressing, more if desired
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill 6 to 8 hours or overnight before serving.
