Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

In a medium boiler mix flour, sugar and salt with the chocolate syrup; add egg yolks and stir well; add the milk and stir until everything is blended smoothly.
Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter and stir.
Pour into baked pie crust. Use egg whites for topping.
