Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks or 1 egg
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut oleo into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into 13 x 9-inch pan, building up slight edges.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Arrange peach slices on warm crust.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on peaches.
    Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over peaches.
    (Topping will not completely cover peaches.)
    Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. (Do not overbake.)
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
