Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/4 can sweetened condensed milk
    4 oz. bourbon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 stick butter (unsalted)
    1 lb. bitter chocolate
    paraffin
Preparation
    Knead ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Roll into small balls. Freeze until solid. To finish, melt 1 pound bitter chocolate in top of double boiler. (For 4 batches, use 1 1/2 pounds chocolate.) Add a few shavings of paraffin. Drop frozen balls into chocolate. Lift out with fork. Shake off excess chocolate. Slide onto wax paper. Cool and pack.
