Venison Meat Loaf(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. beef stock
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    6 strips bacon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bacon.
    Mix well.
    Form into loaf on roasting pan.
    Crisscross bacon strips on top of loaf, in an X design.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour until desired doneness.
