Chicken Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Butterfly chicken breasts.
    Combine butter, oregano, basil and parsley in small bowl; set aside.
    Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Spread herb butter mix over chicken.
    Cut Monterey Jack cheese in strips and roll them inside chicken breasts.
    Dip chicken rolls in melted butter and roll in bread crumb mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
