Spinach Salad With Raspberry Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach.
    Wash and pat dry.
    Tear into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine spinach and other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with Raspberry Cream Dressing (recipe follows).
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
