Ingredients

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk (cold)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 c. flaked coconut
toasted coconut
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl beat pudding mix, milk and coconut flavoring on low speed until combined.
Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip and coconut.
Pour into crust. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
