Croutons With Three Cheeses And Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French bread baguette, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
    olive oil
    1/4 lb. California goat cheese with herbs
    1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    freshly ground white pepper
    18 (about) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and halved
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Arrange bread on baking sheet.
    Brush with olive oil.
    Bake until croutons are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Increase oven to 350\u00b0.
