Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 can peeled apricot halves
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pecan halves
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    grated orange peel
Preparation
    Bring apricot juice and brown sugar to a boil; add the pecans and apricots.
    Pour over sweet potatoes that have been drained and put into casserole.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
