Cold Yogurt-Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cucumbers
    2 c. water
    2 c. yogurt
    1 clove garlic
    fresh mint
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    scallions
Preparation
    Chop cucumbers and garlic.
    Puree everything in blender, except scallions.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Top with scallions. Serves 4 to 6 people.
