Camp Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    oil, oleo or shortening
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    Scrub and peel as many potatoes as you wish to serve (one per person). Melt oleo or shortening or pour oil in skillet.
    Chop up onion and brown a bit.
    Slice potatoes and brown them a bit. Cover with water, salt and pepper.
    Cover skillet with lid and simmer; stirring occasionally.
    Great for camping; a good compliment to those fish you caught.
