Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 green onions
    2 small pkg. dried beef
    2 Tbsp. Accent seasoning
Preparation
    Place softened cream cheese in medium mixing bowl.
    Chop green onions (use whole onion, green and all).
    Cut dried beef into small pieces and add broth to cream cheese.
    Add Accent and mix all well.
    Roll into ball and ground pecans or walnuts (nuts are optional).
    Keep chilled until serving time.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
